Waiting on the salon. They confirm by email, usually the same day. Nothing is charged unless they say yes.

Photos help more than anything you can write. Three is plenty: the front, the back, and whatever it is you want changed.
Services at $250 and above take three or more hours of chair time. A 50% deposit holds the appointment and comes off your final bill. Cancel more than 48 hours ahead and we refund it in full. Less than 48 hours and we keep it, because we can’t fill the slot that late.
